Keimguard UVC Module 230V for Domestic Water Disinfection
Thanks to reliable UVC LED technology, the Keimguard disinfects your water after it has been freed from limescale and harmful substances. The extremely durable and economical LEDs, sourced from a leading Japanese manufacturer of this technology, provide a sterilizing and disinfecting effect for up to 10,000 hours. You get optimal protection with a water flow rate of up to 2 liters/minute, which is sufficient for almost all users to treat water for true drinking pleasure. Our focus with this set is to achieve the best possible drinking water quality. If you want to sterilize more liters/minute of water, our Keimguard XL will support you. The effect of UVC light can be described as follows:
A specially generated wavelength of the LEDs in a defined light spectrum damages the DNA of germs and bacteria, so that they cannot replicate further. The effect is the same as boiling water, only that it stays cold. This way you can enjoy your water directly from the tap.
